Dial Zero names Saher Khan chief creative officer
She was transferred from her role at Starcrest Communications.
Dial Zero, the Authorised Sales Partner (ASP) for Facebook in Pakistan, has appointed Saher A. Khan as its chief creative officer. She has been transferred from her role at Starcrest Communication, where she served since mid-2012.
Sources told this scribe that Khan will oversee integrated creative output across the advertisers and agencies served by the ASP. Certified by the Advertising Practitioner's Guild, Khan has two decades of experience in spearheading creative strategy and execution. She has conceptualized and executive campaigns for several notable companies such as British American Tobacco, Junaid Jamshed, and many CPG brands.
Zameer Qureshi, CEO of Dial Zero, said that Khan is being trained for the role and greater details will only be aligned once the training is complete. She is among the first ten hires at the ASP with the majority of the Dial Zero pulled in from Starcom.
“Dial Zero combines local knowledge with Facebook expertise to provide customized solutions for native advertisers across Pakistan,” according to Facebook. “As the Facebook [ASP] in Pakistan, the company provides in-region support, local billing, and consulting on both the strategic and optimization aspects of your campaigns. Additionally, Dial Zero offers in-market training sessions and serves as the point of intersection between the human interface and the digital world.”
